Happy Father's Day ~~~A Great Day for a Great Dad!

Proud Dad with his two beautiful daughters. It is so good the girls live close and make sure to see their Daddy on his special day. He loved it!

Here he is proud again to have a picture with his beautiful Granddaughters, even his grand puppy, Trixie came and right away jumped on his lap and started giving him kisses. Wish I had took a picture of that.

Tabi is our youngest grandchild and loves her Papaw and he loves her so much! It is a special treat to have them all drop in to see us, but today was a real special day.

The cards they brought were so neat. This one said...you have always been my guiding light, showing me the way. I would be lost without you! Happy Father's Day! Then the bible verse
"I thank my God upon every remembrance of you." Philippians 1:3 KJV

This one said, "For a Wonderful Father" and had several neat things written like, A truly rich man is one whose children run into his arms. Noble Fathers have noble children and some other neat sayings plus the bible verse.
Happy is the Man that findeth wisdom. and the man that getteth understanding
Proverbs 3:13 KJV

The little girls brought this one that said"Happy Father's Day, Grandpa and inside said The special days we spend together, will be in my heart forever!

Then TaraKate made him a really neat card too which said, " Your the best!
Needless to say he had a really special day and also got a phone call from our son wishing him a "Happy Father's Day'

We are thankful for a wonderful caring family!! God is good!

Hi Nina,
How nice to see mac being so spoilt by all the family for Father's Day. Yes, you are indeed blessed to have you family living close. I know they are each so precious to you. That's terrific that Mac's veggie patch is coming along so nicely. Of course when we were there everything was covered in snow, so it's hard to imagine your pretty Lave and yard being anything but covered in snow.

Hope you have a lovely weekend, and I updated my blogs with some sweet new pics of my grandsons. They are such precious little boys too, and I hear often from my daughter (their mummy). Lots of love 'n hugs, Julie. xoxoxo

Hi Nina,
Thanks for dropping by. It sure does sound like you sure are having a cold winter with all that ice and snow. Great though that Mac was able to scatter sand to help with traction. The most we get is heavy frosts but never snow in Sydney. It was so pretty though when we were there with you guys. You live in such a pretty area and the snow makes it look even more like a winter-wonderland.

We're in the middle of our summer, and it's been very hot, although today is cooler and looks like rain which will be lovely.

Thank you for Dave's birthday wishes. Our son-in-law also has his birthday on Christmas day, although he's 17 years younger than Dave.

I have the beautiful Willow Tree ornament you so kindly gave me, and thought of you when I hung it on our tree this year. It's the gift that keeps on giving ;)

We all wish you Mac & all those you love, a wonderfully happy & blessed Christmas 2010.

Lots of love from all of us. xoxoxo
