This is Tia's first year for being in 4-H and she wanted to crochet something for one of her projects so she ask me to help her learn to crochet. We found a single crochet dish cloth pattern and today she finished it. It was so neat to see her do this and I was so happy I could teach her how to crochet. She loves to learn new things and it was so fun to see her working on this project. Doesn't she look so cute!!
This month has been so rainy and a good time to sew something so I made these little tote bags for the little girls to use for various things. Don't little girls like to carry things in little tote bags? Tia had hers at church yesterday with her Bible in it.
Some of my flowers in my new flower bed. The lilies don't last very long but they sure are pretty when they do bloom. I always look forward to seeing them in the spring.
We have had so much rain and stormy weather. This is one of the days we had storm warnings and it got very dark, almost like nightime. I went outside and took photos and this is some of the really black clouds that I captured above our house one day.
My clematis and iris were really pretty this year too.
